We lost our lovely Navy in July 2018; she had just celebrated her 13th birthday with us. She was a wonderful dog, whose absence will always be missed. She was the Grand-Dam of the household and was kind and patient with all. She always had to come down and check all the new puppy arrivals, and was ever patient with all of them. An incredible girl...words cannot express our sadness over her passing.

This is our lovely Navy. She was the pup we chose to keep from our Rosie x Cruiser litter. She is everything that we hoped she would be.

She remains a very vocal girl, who seems to have an opinion on everything. She is a typical Newfoundland, and is always underfoot. She literally follows in your footsteps, and if you happen to be wearing sandals, she will actually step into your shoes! She is such an affectionate sweet girl.

When people arrive to look at puppies, they usually want to bring Navy home instead! A favorite with all, she will just lean into your leg, waiting for you to pet her, and will gently remind you, if you forget your task at hand.

We were thrilled to learn that Navy is Landseer recessive.
